Processing Time (Fulfillment)
Fulfillment represents the timeframe in which we process, pack, and complete, and physically ship your order. Standard processing time is 7-14 days excluding weekends and holidays. It is important to note that fulfillment does not indicate the delivery date.
Shipping
GvldenExtensions is shipped with USPS or DHL. Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days. Please double check that address provided is correct at checkout and includes any extra details such as apartment number or building. GvldenExtensions is not responsible for any incorrect entry of addresses or if your package was shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect address entry. Make sure to enter your card cvv correctly due to our site being sensitive to incorrect pin entry. Once we ship your package out the delivery time is determined by USPS. GvldenExtensions is not responsible for any transit delays, carrier delays, holidays, natural disasters, or weather delays. We also do not issue any refunds for any delays.
Tracking
Please note that you will not receive any updates on your order while it’s being processed/fulfilled. After processing/fulfillment, tracking information will be sent via email to the email address provided at checkout. All packages can be tracked via USPS website.
Local Pickups
We are working diligently to allow future customers to swiftly add on UPS local pickup during checkout.
Delivery
GvldenExtensions ships with the carrier USPS OR DHL. Signature release is required upon delivery to verify recipient and to ensure your package is delivered to you. Once package is received by carrier, we are not longer responsible or liable for the package as well as lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your carrier if you have any questions or concerns with your delivery. Tracking number will be sent via email provided at checkout.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. GvldenExtensions reserves the right to refuse any packages, returns, or exchanges at any time.
Returns/Refunds
Once order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. All orders are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Due to the personal nature of our products we do not allow returns. Hair care tips are located on the “Hair Care” page. It is up to the customer to follow our hair care tips to maintain the integrity of their hair extensions.
